- Shower + Get Dressed + Supplements Daily @ 8:25-8:45
- Ronin Training Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7-7:30am
- RULE: Add Travel time (15 min) before and after - No calls during this travel time because I listen to books or Iβm with Alyssa and Kids
